Privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective September 13, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through atyeon.com and related Atyeon website experiences. It does not govern information handled under a separate client consulting agreement or statement of work, which may contain additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, business email address, phone number, organization name, title or role, approximate organization size, consultation timing, consulting-decision role, assessment responses, assessment result information, the operating concern you choose to describe, scheduling information, and your analytics-consent choice.
We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the site, such as page paths, event timestamps, referral or campaign information, and basic diagnostic data. Our analytics design is intended to exclude names, contact details, free-text submissions, and assessment answers from analytics events.
Do not submit confidential business records, protected health information, payment-card information, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive information through public website forms.
3. How we use information
We may use information to provide and administer assessment results, respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagement fit, schedule and prepare for conversations, send transactional communications, maintain appropriate business records, secure and troubleshoot the site, comply with legal obligations, and understand aggregate site and funnel performance.
Submitting an assessment or consultation request does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing email. If we later offer marketing communications, we will use a separate choice or other lawful basis as appropriate.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the website and related workflows. Current providers include Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Supabase for application and lead records, Resend for transactional email, Calendly and Microsoft/Outlook for scheduling and booking communications, PostHog for consent-aware analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring.
We may share information with these providers only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse or security incidents, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.
We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
Optional analytics are disabled until you choose to allow them. If you allow analytics, Atyeon may use privacy-limited analytics events to understand aggregate site use and conversion behavior. You can change your choice at any time using the "Analytics choices" control in the website footer.
Essential storage or technologies needed for security, form operation, or remembering your privacy choice may still be used even when optional analytics are declined.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and security records, supporting assessment or consultation workflows, and meeting legal or contractual obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
7. Your privacy choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you, or to ask questions about our privacy practices. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
To make a privacy request, email info@atyeon.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission, storage, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
10. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and terms, not this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are posted. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or another reasonable method when appropriate.
